Club hereinafter referring to groups, associations, societies, etc...

Please check for changes in this, and other related documents, periodically.

1. No hate-based clubs will be accepted.
2. Membership must be limited to active Athabasca University students.
3. All clubs must have at least two executive members.
4. No club operating under the AUSU will be permitted to charge membership fees or dues from their members. AUSU reserves the right to audit anything pertaining to the club.
5. A petition following AUSU guidelines must be submitted to Council for approval.
6. AUSU will provide web space to approved clubs and if necessary the expertise to develop these pages. The AUSU Clubs Committee reserves the right to monitor the activities of this website and if need be the right to terminate the clubs right to web space if abusive behavior or excessive profanity are used.
