A few months ago AUSU learned that we'd have to change offices when the Edmonton Learning Centre was in danger of losing its lease. At first things looked pretty bleak, as it appeared that AUSU would end up with a much smaller space in a new building.
Fortunately, AU worked out a new lease for their existing space, and arranged for AUSU to occupy a nice second floor space, closer to the exam rooms and other student services. The move was completed in May - a mammoth task for those councillors and staff responsible for packing the old office, and making the new space into an inviting and functional space. Included here are several pictures showing the progress of the move. If you live in the Edmonton area, come on down and see the new office for yourself, and pick up some AU publications while you are at it. Our offices are open from 8:30 to 4:30 every weekday, and we love to see you! Drop in and see what your students' union can do for you.
