AUSU CONVOCATION 2003

Finally the moment arrives!! You are free from books, exams and tutors who don't accept email assignments!!  AU Convocation will be held at the University  starting on Friday June 13, 2003 for Graduate Students.  Starting at 8:00 AM, grads can get grad photos or take self-guided tours of the university campus they never had to attend.  At 11:00 AM there will be a luncheon, then robing will commence at 11:30 AM.  The line-up starts at 12:15 PM and the official ceremony starts at 1:00 PM.

Then it's the Undergraduates' turn on Saturday June 14, 2003, starting at 7:30 AM with a pancake breakfast hosted by your very own AUSU!

Photos and self-guided tours begin at 8:00 AM, and AUSU will feed the graduates again with a luncheon at 11:00 AM.  Line-ups for the undergrads begin at 12:15 with the ceremony commencing at 1:00 PM.
For those of you graduating this year, make sure to stop by the AUSU table to pick up your

graduation gift or just to chat with AUSU councillors.  We love hearing your success stories.

A reporter for The Voice will also be present to capture smiles and stories.

Congratulations Grads!

One special congratulation goes out to our AUSU President - Debbie Jabbour - who is
FINALLY graduating!

Convocation is the final step in the AU process.
