AU Services and Response Times Survey Results

In December 2015, AUSU launched a survey about Athabasca University service standards and response times. We circulated this survey in 3 newsletters sent out in December, which were emailed directly to the entire AUSU membership. All undergraduate students actively taking courses at Athabasca University are considered AUSU members.

We received over 900 responses to the survey. We have compiled the results in a report which will be shared with our entire membership, as well as key personnel at Athabasca University.
