AUSU’s Annual General Meeting

AUSU’s AGM will be held on Tuesday, May 23 at 5:30pm MT.

The meeting is held by teleconference, and all members are welcome to attend. It will be a chance to ‘meet’ the council that represents you, review AUSU’s Annual Report, and there will be a Q&A period during the meeting for members to ask questions.

The following motions will be presented: 

Motion: BIRT the AUSU membership receives and accepts the financial statements presented in the annual report as audited by Kingston Ross Pasnak.

Motion: BIRT the AUSU membership appoints Kinston Ross Pasnak as the auditors for AUSU’s financial records for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
