2020 Annual Members’ Meeting

AUSU is holding its Annual Members’ Meeting on May 7, 2020 in accordance with AUSU bylaws.

All members are welcome to attend by phone or teleconference!

The meeting is a great opportunity to find out more about your AU Students’ Union and provide feedback to your elected student council representatives.

What is a Members’ Meeting? 

The Members’ Meeting is held annually to present information about the operations, management, and activities of the student’s union and council to the membership, and to hear the membership’s concerns and opinions.

Council will present to the membership:  

• the audited financial statements and annual report (available online here)
• any changes made to the bylaws since the last members’ meeting (current bylaws available online here) 

During the members’ meeting, the membership may also present recommendations to council, ask council to investigate or consider issues, services, or suggestions, or express an opinion to council related to the students’ union.
