AUSU Executive Resignation

The Athabasca University Students’ Union has accepted the resignation of Vice President of Finance and Administration Almigdad Eldoma, effective November 18, 2021.

We would like to thank Almigdad for his time on the Executive and Council, as well as the Finance Committee. His work creating an exceptional experience for AU undergraduate students has been invaluable.

In his time with AUSU, Almigdad championed the organizational recognition of Black History Month, led a policy review process that helped ensure policies remained current and applicable, and helped create and get the approval of the AUSU budget after an extensive consultation process.

We wish Almigdad all the best in his bright future as he moves on to the next chapter of his life! We know he will excel at all he does, and thank him for his dedication to the organization.
