The first came Wordle. Then came the endless Wordle knockoffs. The most popular among them is Dordle an escapist word game that won't allow you to play it easy. You have to guess two five-letter words at a while you only input one word at a time. You can play it and you'll win it.
Wordle fever has calmed down slightly since the game's craze exploded early in the year, but I'm still a regular player. At one time, I was also playing eight and four-word variations on a daily basis. Then I'm playing just two games: Wordle as well as Dordle.
Dordle is the brainchild of indie game developer Guilherme Tows who operates under the name Zaratustra Productions. Tows has credited Wordle for its inspiration Dordle and describes it in the form of "wordle plus wordle."
I easily mastered the first Dordle that I tried, and felt fairly confident. Like Wordle, Dordle lets you continue playing with new puzzles if you choose"free dordle" as your "free dordle" option. So then I tried the next oneand managed to get what was on my right perfect, but totally missed the word on the left. My luck as a beginner didn't work.
I've improved my Dordle wins. I have a method that involves introducing the same four opening words each day. Together, they comprise the most well-known letters in the alphabet and I rarely find myself unable to come up with the right answers. Still, there's enough happening to keep me interested and fulfilled in my quest.
In the event that Wordle is a peaceful easy experience, and you want to run around in your head just a bit more, Dordle should give you an exciting experience. Also, it can give you anxious moments. Or both.
Dordle isn't a substitute for Wordle. It's a distinct beast, which has two heads with an attitude. It's that's what makes it interesting and challenging.
